The International Leadership Committee helps the Board of Directors with the strategies to follow all over the world. Its regular members meet online once every other week to help with strategy to follow in their country in order to cater to and attract as many webinar registrants as possible. The Marketing and the Communication Advisors meet online as need arises and they also help with administrative issues.

Chantal Dagher, Lebanon
Chantal Dagher is specialized in Communication Arts and Journalism; she has twenty years’ experience in various regional newspapers, news websites and magazines. Her course of work and various job experiences involve various projects with numerous tools in her professional field. She was able to apply and develop her analytical and administrative skills over the past years in various media outlets. Her passion for journalism, PR, and growing a brand or a business drives her daily to delve in new challenges and fulfill new missions. Chantal is currently the Business Development Director at the Lebanese Army Magazine. Her passion for journalism and investigative reporting led her to write a book, in 2009, titled, “Nahr El Bared: Defeating Terrorism and Saving the Nation.”
Hanadi Mirza, Ph.D., Lebanon
Hanadi Said Mirza holds a PhD in Education from the Lebanese University, Doctoral School of Literature and Human Sciences. She graduated as a school counselor from the American University of Beirut (AUB) after completing her BA in English Language and TEFL Diploma there.
Hanadi has been an English instructor and teacher trainer at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Pedagogy, since 2000. She’s also been teaching in private institutions, mainly L.I.U. and ISSAE-Cnam, since 2011. She’s been the educational consultant and teacher trainer for English and Arabic teachers from KG up to grade 7 in two private schools since 2014.
Dr. Mirza has been delivering a wide variety of workshops for pre-service and in-service teachers, locally and internationally, since 2006. She has also presented her research papers in local and international conferences since 2015. Her teaching experience since 1998 has contributed greatly in perfecting her teaching skills, strengthening her relationships with students, and improving her testing skills.
Her knowledge in psychology and educational psychology refined her relations with colleagues, administrative people, staff, and others. She believes that collaboration, cooperation, and coordination through teamwork are the key to success for any educational organization.

Kayla Olsen, USA (Communication Advisor)
Kayla Olsen is a Qualified Mental Health Professional who graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Throughout Kayla’s years of working as a mental health professional, she has been fueling her passion in working with today’s at-risk youth and being the catalyst for change. Kayla has worked in many different areas of mental health, and in doing so, has also had the opportunity to interact with many different ages, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, languages and communication. Due to this, she has learned how to connect with many different people, and believes that anyone and everyone has the ability to alter the course of the future. Kayla believes in the power of empowerment, and will be working with our team to connect our community and in assisting us in handling the adaptive challenges we may face.
Hasina Ranaivo, Madagascar
Hasina Ranaivo is an Entrepreneur from Madagascar. She has created companies in Textile Development, in Wood Manufacture and in Coaching and Consulting services for more than 18 years now.
She believes in the power of being Human and being Authentic and real. She is working on the Human Empowerment, particularly Children and Women.
She believes in the power of eternal learning. After more than 20 years of professional experience, she completed a One Year Global Executive Coaching Program at HEC in Paris in 2017 and she attended Intensive Leadership Program at HARVARD KENNEDY SCHOOL in Boston in 2018 and in 2019.
She accompanies young women and men in Leadership and in Personal Development. She also does Coaching for C- executives, high level decision makers, people from private and public sectors. She gives space for people to breathe and to bridge the gap between where they are and where they would like to be. She has been a Professional Coach for more than 15 years.

Charla Rudisill, Denmark
Charla Rudisill worked for twenty-five years for an environmental nonprofit organization, first as a policy analyst then as Chief of Staff and the Provost of the Clean Air Academy, a training institute offering multi-day trainings for the Northeast States’ air environmental staff.
Prior to this, Charla worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with a stint at the Danish EPA, writing technical and economic reports on various environmental projects addressing air quality controls, including the effects of carbon control policies to reduce greenhouse gasses/mitigate climate change.
Last year, Charla completed an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University; she holds a Master of Arts in Political Science (Thesis on Indigenous Peoples’ Rights) from Duke University, a First Part Degree (similar to a US Bachelor of Arts degree) in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Aarhus, Denmark, and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, from Trinity University.
Charla received a Merit Award from the Environmental Commissioners of States and a Quality Achievement Award from US EPA.
Charla is currently a consultant with Cultural Care Au Pair, helping Au Pairs and Host Families manage their expectations for their year together! Prior to this, she consulted for several companies such as German Performance Service to indulge in her love of fast cars, EquineVitality, a company whose holistic approach to the health and well-being of horses and ponies, satisfies her love of these gorgeous creatures, and a new gaming company whose mission is to develop skill and strategy-based board games and keep these competitive with on-line gaming platforms. She started her career as a Presidential Management Intern in 1990.
Iva Todorova, Bulgaria
Iva Todorova is IBM Government and Regulatory Affairs Executive, a globally integrated corporate function, providing public policy and government relations expertise. Her responsibilities include work with government on key economic, governmental, and societal issues; pursuing improved business environment and better legislative framework;
Prior to joining IBM, Iva was occupying executive positions in two NGOs as executive director and member of the board of directors – Democracy Foundation, the main partner of Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Bulgaria and European Democratic path.
During that time, Iva participated in different election processes and gained knowledge also in UK electoral procedures participating in 2007 UK local election, campaigning door to door with David Cameron and William Hague in the region of Manchester, UK.
In addition to the NGO sector experience, Iva has extensive experience in governmental area as occupying leading and management positions in the public sector – being Chief Legal Expert in the Legal Department, Director of Administrative, Legal and Information Services Department and Head of Legal Services Department in the Ministry of Trade and Tourism and the Ministry of Economy during biggest administrative reform in Bulgaria.
During her education in the Legal Faculty, and graduating as Master of Law, she was engaged in consultancy business within companies such as Ernst & Young Bulgaria and Price Waterhouse Bulgaria.
Her business interests include the challenges multinational companies face in working across countries and cultures, having different specializations in cultural diversity and strategy development.
Iva Todorova is co-founder of the organisation Women Empowerment in Bulgaria. WE is a non-profit organization in public service established to provide and support opportunities to network, discover and enable women in their professional journeys. WE provide platform for focused mentorship between female raising talents and established C-level executives to meet, mentor, sponsor and work together on innovative projects, where visibility, resilience and self-esteem are main focus areas addressed to the individuals’ leadership potential.
